Quality work, with a quality of life. A better work/life balance.

As much as I love my job, I love my family more. What the last two or three months of freelancing have shown me is that it is possible to produce quality work, see some career progression and still spend more time with my wife and kids. I can work 3 days a week and spend the other days with my children instead of sending them to a wildly expensive nursery. Or work two weeks and then have a week or so not working. Because of this, my relationship with them, which I felt was already very good, has blossomed even further. My wife is more relaxed, I’m (mostly) more relaxed. I can take my father to important hospital appointments without the worry of having to be absent from the office.

I can see that this is the working life of the future, and available now. And Hoxby looks to be the best way of achieving this.
